Sunday, August 21: Doctrine
Each Sunday we gather as a congregation and read from the Bible. Has it ever crossed your mind, why? The Bible is super-old and written to people our great, great, great grandparents did not meet. So why do we still open and study it today?
This question has been a point of tension for years. Even to the point of driving some away from the Church. This deeply pains me because the Bible is not just an old textbook. Rather, this is a living book, breathed out from the innermost parts of God.
This Sunday we will be answering the questions, what is the Bible? And how do I use the Bible? We hope to see you there!
Service times are at 9:30 & 11:00. If you can’t make it in person, you can watch live at those times.
