Acts 1:8

This week we get an end-of-summer highlight as we focus on being a witness. We, as a church, get to see what God is doing beyond these walls. Jesus told the disciples that they would be witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea/Samaria, and even to the ends of the earth. What does this verse teach us as Jesus followers, 2000 years later? How can we take the principle of being a witness to our hometown, our region, and even to the ends of the earth?

This Sunday we will hear from our ends-of-the-earth missionaries, who will give updates about what they saw God do in Bolivia and Guatemala through BF teams this year. We also have the opportunity to discover what God is up to in our region, as we hear from some of our Family Mission Trip participants.
