We are excited to continue supporting the Tacoma area’s Youth for Christ by highlighting the upcoming Celebration of Hope auction and live event.
YFC’s vision is to have a noticeable spiritual impact on Pierce County by engaging 11-19 year-olds in the lifelong journey of following Jesus Christ. YFC reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.
Believers Fellowship loves to support the annual Celebration of Hope Auction on a night to honor the work God is doing through Youth for Christ. YFC brings the hope of Jesus to youths across Pierce County. Youth For Christ main ministries
CITY LIFE– a relational, holistic, community-based ministry that desires to see deep change in an urban neighborhood through the raising of indigenous leaders from the young people in that community.
PARENT LIFE – reaches expectant and parenting teens and their children through intentional relationships with caring adults.
JUVENILE JUSTICE MINISTRY – seeks to engage young people as they are met in a variety of youth-serving institutions (detention centers, probation, correctional facilities, group homes, residential treatment centers and emergency shelters). These valued relationships are sustained through ongoing involvement as they reenter their communities.
CAMPUS LIFE – We are passionate about students meeting Jesus. We seek to combine healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools.
