Johnny’s focus is Family Ministry, Staff Development and Teaching. He spends a lot of his time with High School Ministry and their families. Johnny has been serving at Believers Fellowship since July of 2007. He loves to see families work through life’s struggles together while keeping God at the center. He especially enjoys seeing students in that “ah ha” moment of taking their faith seriously and learning that their identity is found in Jesus. That’s why he does what he does!
If you had a day completely to yourself (and you weren’t allowed to do something responsible), what would you do?
Believe it or not, I would find solitude on a mountain-side with a good western to read. I do love people, but this is the best way for me to recharge: Hiking and reading. Of course I would make it back home in time to help put my beautiful kids to bed!
Star Trek or Star Wars? Why?
Star Wars all the way. Three reasons: 1. The heroes. You can’t beat Yoda, Luke and Han. 2. The childhood memories that I have can easily be passed on to my kids as they get older. 3. Good ultimately defeats evil. Boom.
